First consider if your carrier will even send upgrades.
They deal with hundreds of devices with as many updates. They decide which of those devices are selling the most and their lasting power.
Some people have been waiting for this update since around last November.
One of the great things about Crackberry and Mobile Nations is that we get it (after The Team does a complete recheck) when the company releases it and don't have to wait to see if and when our carrier might release it, complete with "their" bloatware.

I'd skip software 10.3.3.1435 (which is BB10 OS10.3.3.2163) and install the latest
    which is software 10.3.3.1463 (BB10 OS10.3.3.2207)
    Follow this link.

Of course you do this at your own risk, Blah Blah Blah and so on and so forth. (They make me say that)

I don't see where anything about a problem was addressed.
I do see that you are using the previous OS. The only reason to update to the latest, in your case would be to take advantage of the maintenance upgrades along with several error fixes.
But other than that.... if you can't beat them, then arrange to have them beaten!!

There are no feature updates in 10.3.3 at all. If you have no bugs or issues in your current BB OS, I can't see any real reason to do it.

10.3.3 prevents downgrading back, and it breaks BB link for most people. If you are real big on security, or have bugs in your current OS, go for it. If you use BB link a lot, or could care less about security updates on a phone nobody is really interested in hacking don't bother.

    Yes and what Drael said!

A note on BB Link: uninstall the current program. Reboot your PC.
Download a fresh version for www.blackberry.com
To install, right click and "run as administrator"
When opening the program for the first time right click and "run as administrator."

When prompted on your device, tap update drivers.

[QUOTE=bb10adopter111;12831285]This has worked for me. BlackBerry Link running fine on current Win 10 Pro with 10.3.3.1463 on my STL-3 AT&T-locked Z10, upgraded OTA.

I can back up and restore (though I generally prefer to wipe/reinstall and then reload my data.
