This is being developed and almost ready as an IOS and Android App. IF BB10 interest was high enough they'd consider a version for us.
In the meantime it may be possible to install the Android version. There are plans for a limited community trial for the IOS and Android versions and a couple of us are hoping to get our hands on the .apk to see how well it works for our BB10 phones.

So if you have a Gateway get in on the conversation at https://community.shaw.ca/thread/8595?start=0&tstart=0 and help the push to allow testing the .apk on our phones.

Considering the complexity of the app, it's ability to run on BB10 is a bit dubious. Can hope though can't we.

Shaw is bringing GoPHONE App in 2014, it's a wifi calling/voip App. Plus Shaw is rolling out free city wide hot spots, 2014 will be very interesting for Canadian cell space. Edmotnon will be the first.

Shaw bought a block of cell frequencies a few years ago but quickly found out that it's too costly to compete and set up infrastructure so they've decided free wifi for major cites and push thier services, hence the Shaw stores popping up. Win win for us Canadians.
