I recently dropped my z10 and shattered the screen. After waiting over a week for insurance to replace the phone (and having no phone for this time), I now have my new z10. I have since transferred all my data over and got it set up. However I need to send the old phone back, but as I cannot use the touch screen I can't access the security wipe feature in the settings. I was wondering if there is something I can do from Link or Windows to perform a wipe of the phone?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With Desktop Software you could plug the phone in via USB and enter your password incorrectly ten times on the Desktop Software program. That would wipe the phone. I did it recently to wipe an old Curve which had become so laggy I couldn't sign into it. Hopefully Link works the same way.

If you had protect setup you can use that too.
