Okay, so maybe it's just an announcement that they will release either 10.3 or Z3 on easter and/or fifty days after.

Twelve easter eggs model might refer to twelve monograms aka jewelled easter egg of Alexander III.

Seven are wonderful might refer to seven weeks of Easter.

Four live in the backdoor. In computing world backdoor is also called easter eggs. And four, this year's Easter falls on April 20, thus the number four as in fourth month aka April.

The last one, you know, it is obvious that they would announce/release something by then.
