Just wondering if anyone has had their SD card erased after rebooting their phone?

I'm running Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.1925. After rebooting the phone by holding the volume +/- buttons, my SD card is blank. Very frustrating.

Blank.... or just not indexed yet? And you didn't reboot your phone, you soft reset it which shouldn't delete any data or settings but will cause your SD card to reindex.

I did not have that issue, and usually I take the SD card out when updating. I was so excited to see this, that I did not even think of removing it this time and worried that I was going to lose all of my pics and music, and everything was untouched. Not sure what your issue is. At first none of my pics showed up for about 5 minutes, but then when I looked they were all there

Plug in the USB cable, and go to settings->Storage and Access, and turn on USB Mass Storage mode. Then run scandisk from your PC to check the SDcard.

After every reboot I have to remove and reinsert my SD card, otherwise nothing is there (i.e. Accessible). Once I put it back in and it indexes, everything works perfectly. Songs, play lists, pictures, etc.

I would try putting the phone into Airplane mode and then connect to a PC.
    See if that works...

Also check the manufacturer's Web site for utilities to check the integrity of your SD.

Sounds like a faulty card. I use Patriot cards only. The electronic superstore in my area says that brand is the one with the least returns.

Had a similar problem before, turns out SD was corrupted(it takes too long to mount and unmounts randomly, esp when playing music on the sd).

If you want to try, backup the card on a pc with a USB reader, then format it on the pc. Next format it on your BB, and finally copy the content back on USB storage mode. It worked for me, but I replaced it anyway with a better one(larger and HD recording compatible)

Read this thread I started way back when it happened to me to see if you can relate.
