In am using Z10STL100-1/10.3.1.1151 and native bbmaps. I want to save a route from my home to office and use the same route on daily basis. It is possible?

I think they should hire your Z10 instead of you, it knows the way to office which is hard for you to remember.
    No offence.

You cannot save the route but you can save both your home and office address locations as favorites so you don't need to re-enter the addresses each time

You can also use the Smart Tags app by BlackBerry with the Geo Location sticker. Set it with the address you want to go, and wherever you are, just tap the sticker to start BlackBerry Maps and directions to your destination.

You can even program a NFC tag and stick it in your car, so you have only to touch it with your phone to start directions. Not mandatory by the way.

I think op just used "home" and "work" as examples..

I was looking for this feature yesterday because I remembered bbos7 let you "share" directions.. Don't seem to be able to share or save directions on bb10

The Smart Tags app by BlackBerry is there for that... It's installed with the OS.

    I must be dense
I don't see any way to save or share directions between two known locations.

From what I see, smart tags does little more than allow you to save & share a location along with opening it in maps in order to navigate to it from yoir current location. you can already do that from the maps app..

What I don't see.. is a way to save or share DIRECTIONS

Any other application to save route? My driver take me always from different route, am ne in the country, language issue too, therefore looking for this option as many times driver is absent and I am forced to take cab instead of driving self.

Directions from where you are at the current time to your destination. What's the purpose to get direction between Miami and NY when you are in LA ? Direction is real time (traffic, ...).
