    As above. When I use my browser, I can no longer save sites to the homescreen. I get the notification popup saying that it has been saved, but they just aren't there.

    A reset (both volume keys) didn't do anything. Any ideas?

    Passport on official 10.3.0 OS.

    You are checking all of your home pages, right? The shortcut is just going to wherever the first empty slot is.
