After loading every leak imaginable I was hoping that the damn audio bug which seems to affect music playing on my Q10 would be gone in the official 10.3.1 update. No luck. Still as bad as ever. Songs stuttering on playback. Annoying. Are they ever going to fix this #*@?! Come on BlackBerry? Who listens to music on their smartphone? HELLO. EVERYONE. Pissed off in Cleveland.

I feel your pain. This issue made me go back to 10.2.1. I can't believe they released an official OS with a bug that was noticed in the leaks months ago.

Is this bug widely reported? We can try to help you. The are a multitude of players. A which one are you using? Which ones have you tried?

I stream spotify more than anything. This stuttering happens with any streaming service and with on board music player with music on the device. Does not matter. Have tried them all.

I had a similar issue on a Z10. Turned out to be my Micro SD card. Formatted it and no problems since.

Since the update, I find tracks delay over Bluetooth, and it actually froze my media deck in my truck. Anyone know where to down load the previous os?

I have same stuttering problem with Deezer on a z10. Really irritating !

I've got a Z10 and listen to music several hours a day and sometimes all day long. I've occasionally had some momentary stuttering listening to the stock music player via Bluetooth but never on headphones. I've run almost every leak since 10.1 came out.

I have a z10 and the call delay was my biggest beef, followed by the audio stutter. Swapped to hubby's unused z30 and both work fine

Seems like we have the same old problem that goes back to legacy devices. People can have the same device with the same OS and get different results.

Nothing changes here does it.

I have the same audio problem on my Z30 after upgrading to 10.3.1. Music cuts out quite a bit when I'm multitasking and my volume control is not as responsive as it was with 10.2.1. I hope Blackberry is aware of this issue. Can anyone confirm they indeed know about it? Needs fixing asap.

Seems to happen both randomly but faster if you've run an android app with sound and/or used the volume keys while running said app

My Z30 was skipping and behaving as though it was possessed or something until I removed most of the recording and music apps. Last one that caused horrors was the "relaxing music" app.

Same here. BlackBerry Passport through Spotify(Android) and native music player app both stuttering. Also occurs when connected and NOT connected to bluetooth.
