SOLVED' Read all of thread! Problem bb pasport couldn't connect thru USB; to laptop, to sachesi to Darcy's

Couldn't find a solution, Sachesy2.0.3 won't recognize Passport with BB USB (Black) cord.
BBdesktop1.2.0.52_B59 installed on win laptop, BB USBdrivers5.0.0.2 installed on win laptop,
https://www.blackberry.com/us/en/pro...lackberry-link, BBLink and BBblend are on win laptop.

UPDATE: Connection after Unchecking; Mass Storage in USB section.

Use DBBT instead. It's far more reliable and does more anyway.

Your windows version is probably missing the required Visual C++ Redistributable package. Do you see an error message when trying to connect?

Oh - not the problem I thought it was. Try DBBT as conite suggested.

I found Sachesi became less reliable after v2.01, especially on Windows 10. Switched to DBBT.....no more problems.

Sounds like you have other issues going on then. Try another cable, port, or PC.

progress on darcy, Under USB; was defaulted to; USB Mass Storage Mode, as soon as I UNchecked it, Was able to bkup on darcy , on sachesi it finally went from talking to two devices to taking to three devices, but still not connecting.

but on sachesi, under search it has new info; update 10.3.3.2129 avail. for sqc 100-4, os; 10.3.3.3204 radio 10.3.3.3204

ALSO, BB Link finally connected through USB instead of Wifi after unchecking USB Mass Storage.

UPDATE: Ignore all comments below: I owe you much gratitude sir; With your help I've installed Darcy, found out I had an old OS, went looking for and now have installed on my BBPP the following > Software Release: 10.3.3.2137 and OS Version; 10.3.3.3216, the autoloader I used when opened used Dary's tools to install. So, I guessing I'm in good shape because I went to BB world and signed in to update all before tomorrow when if you don't today, it's over. and lest we forget what started this was that ; > setup>Storage and Access>Access using USB>USB Mass Storage Mode (and it must be unchecked or the USB cannot communicate with PC, nor Sachesi, nor Darcy's via USB! So, A Very Good Night!!!!

I'll let you know in a minute, still performing BB Link back up job. All I can say is I've done updates checks and get no updates but I'll dig in and see what system says.apps selected needed all 245 apps//

OK, Phone says Software Release: 10.3.3.1463 / OS Version; 10.3.3.2205, So I checked update again and it is downloading it says; 10.3.3.1463!

Back to sachesi; do you think it ok to in sachesi , under Search section; where it says 10.3.3.2129 available; ,, 1. grab links or 2 download, it says all 245 needed?? I don't know which to tap; Grab Links or Download, I'm hoping if I tap download, then Install will fill with the apps?? Or is it Grab and they appear in Install?
