Sachesi is meant to check you have enough storage to complete the install prior to installing. That check must have failed?
I don't check anything during the install because there is no response given from the device as far as I know(?) when such an issue occurs. I suppose I could monitor storage capacity but ideally the check should work before you install anything so it doesn't waste your time.

That would make sense. And I would have thought that was the case but like i said before i started with about 13g of 16g of device memory before the install. I left the phone alone during the install and would only wake up the screen to check the progress bar. After about 3 hrs at 90% i figured something is wrong. But to make sure i left it plugged in overnight and when i went to check on it there was no progress bar, no error notifications, and sachesi still showed "sending smartags"...my pc didn't freeze since my mouse and keyboard were working fine. BUT i somehow have an extra gig used up and the phone is still on 10.2 os... i'm not seeing anything new that was installed to use up another gig of device memory.

I tried to use bbsak to remove and save apps just so i can try again with more storage but it is incompatible with bb10. Does sachesi have the same function as bbsak to remove apps so i can put them back later after the upgrade?

I'm not familiar with bbsak. Sachesi can uninstall apps but then you'd need to reinstall them yourself from BBWorld or sideloaded.
Personally I have .bar files for all my installed apps but I know most people won't have this set up.

When I tried running Sachesi 2.0.2 I get a message that it can't run the program because "MSVCP120.dl" is missing. Where can I get this dll?

I just did a backup with Sachesi 2.0. I got the BBB file as expected, but after doing a fresh install of the latest 10.3.2, I cannot restore from this file in either Link ("no backups found" even after I drag into the preset folder) nor Sachesi (restore is greyed out). Help?

UPDATE: I figured it out. I was having a noob moment -- I ticked off what I wanted to back up, but I didn't tick off what I wanted to restore after OS reinstall. All good now.

I got 2.0.2 open and hooked it to my Passport and it sees my Passport with all the files and apps and found the leak

This is not good. You will have to run an autoloader or reload OS with Link.

There is a chance it can be recovered non-descructively if you first try an autoloader using your CORE OS and radio.

Happened to me after upgraded to Win10...
Deleted Sachesi 2.0.2 for Win & XP then reinstalled...
Works fine now...
