I'm pulling my hair out trying to get Sachesi to restore my Z10 STL100-3! I've updated to the latest OS leak 10.2.1.1055 with no issues, then I did a
restore using Sachesi last night. Tonight I'm trying to do another restore of other data and I can't get it to connect at all! I believe I've tried everything
under the sun.

- Different USB cables
- Different Computers (Window 7 desktop/ Windows 7 laptop)
- With Link running and without
- Stopping all Link services
- Booting the computer
- Booting the phone
- USB mass storage on/off
- Upgrading to a newer Sachesi version
- Password, removed password
- Different USB ports

Please can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong here?

I had the same problem. I had to use link with a an earlier backup

Use link. I was in the same.boat ND noticed li.k had my saved Sachesi back up so I used it and it worked

After a couple tries I was able to get Link to show the option for a backup but it wouldn't recognize the file from Sacheis. My backups were too old to use from Link (next time I will do a backup with both programs) .
