I am performing a non-destructive upgrade using Sachesi 1.9.1 on my Z10 (on Mac). Upgrade procedure should have been:

1. Backup
2. Extract Apps from Debrick
3. Load Core OS
4. Load Apps
5. Load Radio

However, after step 3 Sachesi will no longer connect to my device. The Install screen says "Detected 1 Blackberry USB device(s) in mode" but won't go any further. My Z10 is in Airplane Mode, the device is connected, password protected, and Link is closed. Link is able to successfully connect to the device (strangely, even when Sachesi is open), but Sachesi will not.

Any ideas?

Actually, explicitly changing the USB Connection setting to "Mac" instead of "Autodetect" fixed the problem. Not sure what was up with that, but it's good now.

You should load Core OS + Radio + Apps at same time when you intend to do a full update.

The way you did it can cause issues!

Loading the Core OS without the Radio: If the old Radio is not compatible with the new OS, your system will either not boot or will reboot as soon as trying to connect to a network.
Loading the Core OS without the apps: If the old apps aren't compatible with the new OS, your system may not boot (depending on how critical the apps are). Also, some core apps will not correctly upgrade your settings (for eg. Android).

I had the EXACT SAME problem... my fix was explicitly changing the USB Connection setting to "Windows" since that was what I was using... than BOOM it works!!!

Is there anything else I need to download for sachesi to work on a mac? I was using my friends mac with the latest sachesi for mac and it didn't recognise my Z10STL100-3/10.3.0.1154 at all. Even after specifying Mac in connection settings

Not that I know of; that "should" have worked, but obviously it didn't. Maybe try completely uninstalling Blackberry Software on the Mac (thus that includes the device drivers) than do a reinstall of Blackberry Link - latest version. BlackBerry Link - BlackBerry 10 Smartphone to Computer Sync - US

Having the same problem with 10.3.1. There is no longer an option to change between Mac and Windows. And I have the same problems as everyone else. Sachesi will not recognize my device.

Anyone have a resolution?

Have you set "Developer mode" ON ?? It is mandatory.
