Hi all, Searched around and didn't find anything related.

Sachesi build 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 do not work on Windows 10. Produces error: "The application was unable to start correctly (0x00000be). Click OK to close the application"

    2.0.0 continues to work.

Do you have all the most updated files in one folder, unextracted from the ZIP that Schesi is provided in? I'm using 2.0.2 just fine on Windows 10 Pro.

I extracted everything to a brand new folder and still get the same error. I guess it's my system then....

yep Sachesi-2.0.2 running ok on Win-10 but Sachesi-2.0.3 complaining that several DLL files are missing.
(in this case it's VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll) looks like there is something missing in the last pack.

Had this sort of errors in the past too, using DBBT-3.1.0.1 most of the time now to do what ever needed to do to work on OS10, doing updates or stripping it down, works best and more reliable to me, and to be able to use a "customised Ignore list" is just a treat.
Anyway Sachesi is a nice peace of work but got it's hickup's from time to time.

Those are the dll from the visual c++ package. Reinstall it and you may run it.

Yep, if you install the the studio package and are running a 64 bit os, make sure you install the 32 bit package (x86). It. Should clear up those missing file issues.

I too, and simply fed up with windows, soo tired of fixing windows 8/8.1/10, I saw another post where 2.0.0 works, so I went; https://github.com/xsacha/Sachesi/releases and scrolled down the page to 2.0.0 and it worked on an asus on windows 8.1

Otherwise; good luck on solving VCRuntime140.dll and the other ?.dll missing garbage. I installed this to no avail. Just run 2.0.0, as long as it works.

    Sachesi-2.0.2 working perfectly on WIN10-Enterprise!
    but
Sachesi-2.0.3 need all this crap RT files wich I'm not bothering to fiddle around with, there for 2.0.3 does NOT work with WIN10, rather stick with the slightly older Sachesi-2.0.2!

Well for most parts I'm using DBBT-3.1.0.1 is working much more convenience anyway, got more options, sorting all the installed files in alphabetic order too, so it's much easier to find the crap-app's I don't want on my devices to be deleted.
Apart from that, extracting any of the debriks or working on BAR-arc's gives much more options. One of the best thing is the DBBTDeleteIgnoreList, very very convenience if working on several devices one after another for updating, no searching around for unwanted files, just create a List for every device and it marks all unwanted files easy to delete in one go.
With this eight different profiles I'm able to update every individual of this eight BB10 devices without hassle without the risk of having missed one or two bar files.
