    What OS are you running?

    That patch was only for OS 10.3.2.2876 - at this point you should be on 10.3.3 and it doesn't use that patch.

    The patch always seems to correct my runtime when it gets corrupted. Just want t try this again

    I also had a bad experience installing it over 10.3.3 by mistake. Not needed, trust me, big pain in the butt fixing it afterwards.

    Just re installed the runtime update. All is good now. All apks working again

    No. Downloaded the runtime patch. Went thru the instal then did reboot like it said

    I tried hard reset several times and it didn't work.

    No. Hard reset did not work. None of my apks would open. Just kept getting the green line load

    I have actually done the runtime reload before and it does work. At least for my phone

    Yes, I understand. You basically reinitialised the Runtime by accident - the software didn't actually load.

    Well in my case this technique restored my android Runtime with out wiping and using an autoloader

    Glad to hear you were able to get it back up and running! Please let me know if you have any other issues. I'm guessing you're probably on BB10 version 10.3.2 of some sort, yes?
