Heard from a friend who works in the London team. What does anyone else think of this if it's true? I probably would have already upgraded anyway if my Passport had 10.3.2 because my upgrade is on offer anyway.

That was the supposed reason why 10.3.1 was held back, so people would but the new devices that came with it. I didn't really buy it then and I don't buy it now. I just don't think an incremental update as small as 10.3.1 >10.3.2 is something that would effect sales.

im sure withholding updates will drive sales :) to competition...
I heard rumours said they cancelled it and push lollipop to all devices?

I heard this too, so if 2 people on the Internet have heard the same thing, then it must be true :P

No its 4 g issues. Across. Europe

tell that to my passport on t-mobile hungary. he disagrees
It could also be weather related, updates travel slower when it's cold or raining.

There must be some marketing strategy behind delay in 10.3.2 update in some countries. In India none of the BlackBerry models received that update. No carrier carrier restriction or 4G issue.
Blackberries are seasonal. End of summer to Autumn. Perhaps we'll get to pick ours soon.
