I read an article on n4bb saying it would be released on February 19 officially. Would be carrier dependant. Canada is probably going to have it on that same date.

If it did happen to be 2267 that released, yes, the build files are all the same for specific builds.

If there are any modifications, it would be a different build altogether (i.e. 2270, etc.)

So if 2267 is what releases and you're already running it and all the other files included in it, you should already be up to date!

They may not test it themselves, but they wait for the other carriers who actually test it.

They also, you know, have to WAIT for BlackBerry to even give them the version that BlackBerry wants to release in the first place. ..
