Sensors on my Z10 , OS 10.2.1.1055 stopped working again yesterday morning (Dec 10). Appears to be only effecting phone orientation at this point. I've tried battery pulls, restarts, etc. I'm surprised by the intermittent nature of this.

So I restored back to software release 10.2.1.176 and rotation was still not working. So I did a full wipe and still no joy. I noticed though that the OS version is still 10.2.1.1055. If I understand correctly the problem lies in the OS. So how do I get off of the one I have?

I'm now on 10.2.0.429 software and 10.2.0.1803 OS. Still no sensors. I've downloaded BBsensors app and the only thing that is getting a reading is GPS.

Feel like I'm running out of options.

Tried BBVE? Mine still working fine over here and had no problems last time

Just tried BBVE. Says orientation sensor is not supported on this phone. Its a Z10!!!!

You seems to have tried everything, so perhaps that's a real fault this time. I would wait a couple of days and see if it works again and/or if others have this problem too.

If not, you're still on warranty.

Edit: I suppose you're not restoring backups when wiping?

Interesting progress. Without doing anything rotation is now working for the camera.
Not sure what this means if anything but I'll take it!!
