Don't listen to Rogers customer service. Especially their Twitter feeds. They are completely useless and i'll informed.

I have yet to have a good/spot on experience with them. Either bad data, completely wrong data, or beat around the bush.

Customer service/ tech support is not their Forte. Honestly, I don't know what is their Forte....

    End rant.

I have never had an issue with Rogers in Halifax. Got 2 Passports for $49 each. It's just their frontline sucks ***. I used to work tech support for RIM... so, I know how useless carrier reps are.

Do share how you managed to work them down to $49. I have contract renewals coming up and have people in the house wanting Passports.

That's it? Seems to easy, 2 years back they weren't willing to match S3's at $0 for me.

Would have cost me $650 to upgrade early, $300 to walk away. Bell was $300 for 2 Passports. So, Rogers save team hooked me up. 9 years is a long time to be with one Carrier. No real complaints except I want the new update.

Okay , I haven't been with them nearly as long but have paying upwards of $250/month to them for the past 4 years so except something.

O and this just proves my earlier comment as well. Their help/ customer service is so mis informed about what's going on with anything. Someone can give you one answer, and another person will give you a completely different answer.
