    I am having an issue with vibrate not working when my phone is set to "normal" in the notifications setting. The vibrate switch is clearly on, and it vibrates when I have my phone set to silent, but not when set to normal.

    Can I not have a ringer and vibrate at the same time? Using a Q10.

    I believe you have to set the individual notification to do both. Say, phone calls, go into phone calls and enable that.
