    Just load leak for first time. Can I just restore contacts only like my older BlackBerrys? I only want to restore contacts and numbers. Is this possible?

    Yes you should be able to do that through link just uncheck all you don't want.
    Or for next time get contactx best app for contacts.

    Someone said to me you can't do that with BlackBerry Link. If I had known that I would of done it last night. Thanks for the info.

    I dont trust link too, what i did was to add all my contacts under a gmail account so next time i just sync back via gmail. It took me a while to finish reencoding 500+ contacts but it's worth it

    In trying to restore them but the Link gives me three options. 1)restore all data, 2) application data, 3) media, and 4) settings. All I want is my contacts? I know it's not media. Are my contacts in the settings?

    One more quick. In 10.2 you got the cool message preview pop up at top of screen. How do I make the time to read it and respond more then one second? Is there a setting for that?

    Had the same doubt cause Link is really weird. I ended using Intouch app for backup which is free and easy
