I've just noticed that they've taken away possibility to send TEXT Message when you can not pick up a call. REPLY NOW feature is limited to sending BBM messages only. Could you check whether you've encountered the same problem?

Isn't it only supposed to do that if you have the caller as a BBM contact?

AND link the bbm contact to the contact that had the phone number listed

If the contacts are unlinked, it won't prefer bbm

Oh! Thanks a lot! I've unlinked BBM contact from contact and it works. Text messages can be send.
