I don't see a way to remove it from the agenda view unless you disable the alarm
Currently, the option to hide alarms isn't available.. I'm told it's been requested at the feedback site https://blackberry.icanmakeitbetter.com/. You may want to add your vote there.
You've got to be kidding. Something as some as removing the alarm from the daily calendar, not available!?
