Dear users,

can I access my friend's phone remotely? Any app for that? My goal is to find out the reason for some unexpected behaviour. Ideally, I would like to have a remote screen "tunnel" to manipulate their phone.

No, direct access to a BB 10 device isn't possible. The closest would be a situation where the device is on BES10, and you are the BES10 administrator. Even then, most actions are determined by the policies you would specify.

One "workaround" you CAN do is use the screen share mode then just talk your friend into what to do since you can see everything on his phone that way.

Yes, use the screen share option while on BBM with that person...assuming they have a BB10 phone.

You can try to ask some developer, if he could port some version of VNC server. Or try the android version of VNC server - for example this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...org.onaips.vnc
