I can't access my PC from my Z30 using Link. In the Z30 File Manager the computer is displayed as "offline".

    Any ideas?

Perhaps a firewall setting / permission ? Also, let us know what desktop OS you're using, like is it windows or mac?

A firewall is a likely cause, but also be sure to have IPv6 turned on for your network card since RFA needs it to work properly.

    I'm using Windows 8

I have the latest official BB10 OS.

I have "ticked" everything to do with BlackBerry in the "allowed programs" In Windows Firewall.

Are you logged in on Link with the same BlackBerry I.D as the one on your phone?

Just to clarify: the computer recognizes and can access the phone. I just can't use the Remote File Access feature.

    How do I do this?

Also I'm wondering if I should reinstall Link and repeat the process room the beginning.

    Solved.

I deleted device from link. Uninstalled all blackberry software. Reinstalled Link. Reconnected device. It works.

But now in File manager I have:

    PC (not connected)
    PC1(connected)

Anyone know how to delete "PC" from the list?

You cannot delete it. Just have to ignore it.

on your phone go to Settings > Device Connections. tap and hold on the device you want to delete. right side menu appears. Delete at bottom.
