I wish Blackberry sort of had a Remote access feature where maybe you can access securely via bbm or another native app. My mom is not a tech junky.. she doesnt understand tech.. sometimes I wish I could do things for her from where I am instead of helplessly explaining her to open this click that press and hold this swipe that..

Screenshare is great.. it would help but sometimes when someone just doesnt know settings.. like example.. my mom just told me that her screen is showing cant sign in. I ask cant sign in where.. she said in her screen.. I said I know its in the screen but cant sign in where she said, in the screen I said I knoooowwww.. and it becomes frustrating lols!

My mom dad father in law and mother in law all have bb10 and constantly ask me how to do something
