You can use Sachesi to download update from any other provider. Download Sachesi 1.1, type in country code 525, carrier 5 and select STL100-2, do the search, and you can install your 10.2 update.

The OP's looks like Q models to me.

Have just checked with Sachesi Tools, still there is no update available for each official models in Indonesia (STL100-1, SQN100-3, SQR100-3 and STA100-2) for this carrier (Indonesia Telkomsel - 510 10).

Just a bit wondering what is/are difference(s) between Official OS 1767 vs Leak OS 1767..

No, it is the official Maintainance Release! Same as 10.2.0.1767-Leak, but as official, can be updated on the air (OTA)... I'm also waiting for it! (see first post about it, on main CB-Info-screen)

It takes few days for this 10.2 OS update to reach Indonesia from Singapore (probably the OS travels by boat). And now suddenly it's in Russia? Wow...
