    Hey guys i am usig a Z10 and recently i think my phone has developed some glitches. So when i tried restoring it to its factory settings it gave me an error on pc as well as mac. So is there any other method that i can try without bricking it??

    Maybe you can try to update/or downgrade the OS using BlackBerry Link.

    Plug your device in and click reload software. It will take you back to official.
