    My z10 stl2 reboots at least once a week. It's not like it never did it before but running the official 10.2.1.1925 released by Orange FR made me think that this would never happen again...am i the only one ?

    Consider shimming your battery. I use a piece of paper folded once near top of battery to ensure it doesn't loose connectivity with battery contacts. Good luck.

    Besides this reboot problem, there is another annoying issue, am not sure it is battery related : whenever i turn my phone on, it's stuck on the blackberry logo at 100 % for at least 5 minutes before allowing me to unlock it.

    Agreed this happens to me too. I don't know what this is...
    I don't got any reboot problems but this stuck issue is very irritating. You all can say to do this do that i've done already everything, but no fix.
    I don't like this OS 10.2.1 give me back my stable 10.2 OS with no android runtime at all.

    same here...im running t10.2.1,,it takes about 4 or 5 minuits with logo on till i unlock it ... i tried it without a sim ,, it turns so fast and no wait ,, but with sim takes takes too long yes...

    All of you with the 5m reboot time. Turn off your sim code. Should be fine after.

    I too have experienced being stuck. Turned out I had two headless apps doing a same function. Identify the offense and either prevent or of the apps from doing the function or uninstall the app. Good hunting.

    It actually reboots more often on 10.2.1 than 10.2.0. This is before this weekend, when the phone was normal.

    Yeah found that it was less stable than 10.2.0 and i have a very few apps installed...Can't wait for the next leak.
