    As you can see, the messages are all there, but don't show up in text messages at all. It just started happening today allof asudden.

    Already tried restarting the hub and device several times, as well as sending messages to and from the device using the compose button.

    Ya I'm having the same issue, restarted multiple times, both hub and device. No luck. I think we might have to do a backup and then factory reset.

    Go into texts view and then try zoom gesture and then pinch gesture with finger and thumb but vertically (like you would do with a photo).

    Looks like they need to check the options they have in Settings. It seems like they have "Pinch-to-show-unread-messages" selected... That'll give them a clue to what is happening...Nice to know how the phone works...
