So I was using my android games and apps normally and they were running like a charm but starting from yesterday evening every single game stuck at the starting screen "loading screen doesn't even appear in some games"





Can you help me guys I can't format my BlackBerry no, I won't lose all my boom beach progress .....

Try a hard reset, press both the volume buttons at the same time and keep them pressed until you see the BlackBerry logo then release.
