I completely forgot about that find (BlackBerry 'Ontario' turns up in Geekbench benchmark testing | CrackBerry.com), until I saw these inside the .bar of the Weather App in 10.3.1:

Inside the assets folder it has folders with Screen Resolutions, one of them is called "1080x1920", inside is a DeviceConfig.js file,
That file contains the following:

var deviceName = "Ontario";
var deviceWidth = 1080;
var deviceHeight = 1920;

Probably means nothing, but thought I'd share it anyway

Ontario, at least from what I can tell, was supposed to be a Z30 with Passport guts and a 1080p screen.
