Hi to all now before I start I want you all to know I'm not ******** about this however I have a Q10 and have been very happy with it it's on contract with Vodaphone UK. So I like a lort of folks have had an update which has caused the notifications to become much quiter than it was. This is very problematic as the main reason we have phoines is to hear them. So is there a fix for this in the pipeline or should I send my phone back. Thanks all

Yes, there's a really quick fix that you can do now! All you have to do is *** ****** * ****, **** ** ******** *** *****. Easy peasy really.

Seriously though, loads of threads on this now. You'll probably have to be patient and wait for the next update from BlackBerry for a reliable fix. (fingers crossed)

What version of OS10.3.x have you installed from Vodafone UK? I have been holding off upgrading from 10.2 as I am concerned about the low notifications volume. Although I've been offered a version of 10.3 from 3UK for several weeks I'm waiting to hear (literally) the versions work trouble-free with the Q10

Well if you feel that strongly about it, and you still can, then use the fault as grounds and return it. I doubt we'll know when BlackBerry will fix it until it is fixed. Even fixes in latest leaks don't guarantee that they will make it into the official release immediately.
It is an annoyance, but all devices have faults; the trick is to find one whose faults you can live with.

From what I've seen other users report, I believe there was a partial fix implemented in OS versions and the issue was fixed for most users and the complete fix was implemented in 10.3.2 fixing it for all users.
