Hello guys, i installed the official 10.2 OS on my Z10 and my sister's Z10 as well. but when i talk to her she sees the toast notification but the quick reply buttom is not there, when we do the opposite i see the buttom and im able to reply to her.. any thoughts?

Probably a glitch. Do a hard reset (hold screenshot buttons until the phone turns off). Worked here.

Clear the convo then reset device.
Is it for all contacts or just you?
Does the quick reply work in other apps like sms or bbm?

Might need an os restore..
