Does the proxy as same as the VPN ???

And if I have a VPN should the BBM video and voice work in eligible networks ??

If the VPS is as same as the proxy that means if I have a proxy my BBM video and voice will work ??

Okay, I don't really know what I'm talking about here but I'm going to try to answer your questions...

First a vpn and a proxy serve similar functions both change your ip and reroute Internet traffic. A proxy only works within the browser it is set up for (?). Where a vpn puts every packet through it's server. Essentially becoming your isp.

I don't believe either should affect your bbm situation.

Either way there are definitely other people that know a LOT more about this than me, but start here.
