I live in Portugal, and ordered a Q10 from the UK... My question is, with rumours that 10.2.1 will be realeased in the UK soon in January, once I get the phone working in Portugal, who will push the upgrade to me? would it be Vodafone Portugal or Vodafone UK?

If it is Vodafone UK I would wait for the upgrade instead of installing a leak, if it is Vodafone Portugal I would probably install a leak, since I expect a lot of time to be released...

You won't need a leak. You would use sachesi to take it off a UK carrier.

if it shows first in the uk, remove your sim than check for updates via wifi. , with sim in, you would have to wait for your carrier in portugal, or you could use sachesi for the first carrier to launch 10.2.1

Yep. You just install it. After you enter the correct carrier numbers and country codes. For whichever carrier of your choosing.

10.2.1 isn't released to carriers you need to follow the legend thread about the leak. Sachesi doesn't pull out leaks off carriers they are official.
