You should, since this one is 10.2.0.424 (10.2.0.1791), but you can use Sachesi again and update the same way. :D

Yes you should, if your carrier pushes 10.2.0.424 (10.2.0.1791) as it's higher than the 10.2.0.415 (10.2.0.1767) you currently have now, as suggested by diegonei you can always update to 10.2.0.424 via Sachesi if your not able to get it pushed by your carrier.

thanks deals :) i was running a leak and recieved the update so am factory resetting my phone and updateing to make sure i get a good install :)

Is the runtime unlocked? If it is can we side load the unlocked runtime?

Yes, the runtime in .1791 is runtime version 10.2.0.131 which is locked and yes there are unlocked runtimes you can load on .1791
