I've attempted to load BlackBerry Blend on my laptop only to be halted by a requirement to allow iPv6.

I've allowed iPv6 - via settings on laptop. Even spoke with my IT support.

Still can't load BlackBerry Blend onto my laptop.

Can someone walk me through this process?

    Thanks

Download the newest Blend? Maybe use CCleaner on your laptop to remove all cached items and reboot. Then install Blend and try again?

I encountered a problem installing Blend related to Kaspersky anti-virus. Disabling it before installing Blend did not work and I eventually found success by uninstalling Kaspersky first, then installing Blend, then reinstalling Kaspersky. I would follow jaydee5799's good advice, but I would also suggest that you make certain that any security software on your laptop isn't getting in the way of your Blend install.

You two are great. Thank you.

    I'll give it a try.
