I wonder if any of you have experienced this as well as me.

I have a Q10 and a 9700, both are on the same network provider, both have the same email accounts linked to them. Yet when sat side by side, my 9700 receives emails and notifications before the Q10. Almost every time, sometimes 15mins earlier.

Does anybody know why this would be?

I had thought it might just be a coincidence, but it seems like it happens too often.

If it's 15 minutes it could be the sync time you set on your Q. Set it to push if your email provider supports it.

I believe the older BBOS models have quicker email receiving because of knock but only within seconds. There some downsides to BIS.
