hi every one
i got my Q10 one and a half months ago and it was working perfectly and smoothly
untill last week i got a notification for a softwere update for OS . which i did. and suddenly now every time i try to access my profile to change my DP or PM it stops responding once i touch the upper bar to access my profile. and i have to close the BBM and open it again.
and im not able to change my PM or DP
another issue i am facing is that every time i use a BBM conversation from the hub and try to insert a smile it stops responding and i have to restart the hub using the 5 swipes down.

restarting the phone, removing the battery is not solving the problem.

any one knows how to solve this problem?

I moved the thread to BB 10 OS so hopefully someone will see it and answer
