Protect not working
Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, a cursory search didn't turn up anything, but I'm a bit rushed.
Tried to set up Protect on my Q10, latest official 10.2 and it seems to work on the phone, but the protect web page says there's no device associated with BlackBerry Protect.
Anyone else had this issue?

hrmmm... I definitely used protect when I was on 10.2, it should work.. are you sure you are logging into the protect website with the same BBID thats on the device?

I was. It was just a long, long lag before the device was synced. Works fine now, thanks.
