    Got update of 282 mb 10.2.1.2977, downloaded successfully, but installation interrupted in between.

    Twice via wifi & third time with BlackBerry link.

    Reboot the device also, but still no results.

    Can anyone help me out.

    Might be a bad link, why not try an autoloader it's faster and easier. Just do a back up via bb link and then restore after, but I would really set up like new, and just restore settings. If it was me.
