    When I unlock my phone when it is in contacts, there are some black lines on display. It is a software problem on a hardware one? THX

    Introducing BlackBerry Virtual Expert for BlackBerry 10 OS 10.2.1 | Inside BlackBerry Help Blog

    Try launching (or downloading) BlackBerry Virtual Expert (BBVE) and run the screen tests.
    If the black Lines are still there in the Display tests, it may be a hardware issue. If not, likely software.
