This is becoming very hard to run any business as i live off my Passport. Always on the go.

In a way it is a BlackBerry problem as my girlfriend's Galaxy S6 has no problem downloading her attachments from her Outlook account. So whether Microsoft made a change that caused this or not is irrelevant , the point is that it is BlackBerry phones that have this issue. Support is needed from BlackBerry

I tend to agree that this is probably a BlackBerry problem and has nothing to do with MS. The HUB is likely the offending app. If that is the case, are there enough BlackBerry employees left to firstly realise the problem and secondly address the problem? Are there enough interest left at BlackBerry to do something about this? I won't hold my breath at all.

I've contacted technical support and they say they have relayed this to their team and that they will update me on any progress. In all honesty, I'm not holding my breath waiting to get an update. I'll probably never get it.

Having same issue on my Passport and Samsung S4. I delete the account and it works fine for about a day, then I can't download any attachments. This morning, I stopped receiving emails and can't send any either. What's wrong with Hotmail ?

I'm having the same problem. Interesting that I forward the email to my Gmail account and the attachments open just fine.

Then mysteriously few hours later it starts to work? As well as the opening no attachments! This is a pain!

Yes, same here. Can't send or receive emails for a few hours every morning. Gets resolved on its own early afternoon. Can't open any type of attachments at any time. Works if you delete the account and reinstate. However, it typically works for about a day. Having the issues in my Passport and Samsung S4.

Yeah exact same issue, just i have a priv and a passport and both do the same thing. Utterly ridiculous!!

Looks similar to mine except I have 30 days sync. Maybe it's something about your country? Issue there? Have you contacted MS?

I deleted my account on my Blackberry, I deleted my Blackberry from the trusted mobile devices on outlook.com and then I re-added my outlook account on my Blackberry - downloading attachments is working ....
