Try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)

Hold down top button of device. Ignore any onscreen options and keep pressing down button. Don't release top key until after red LED turns on and off and BlackBerry logo splashscreen appears.

If you try again afterwards, did that help anything?

I seen is bad OS download problem. I had experienced these. Reload Official OS. After reload OS,
    1. swipe setting app manager "ON".
    2. Load one mobile market
    3. Load android app by one mobile.
Back up device files before reload OS. Good luck!
