You have loaded a crippled developer OS, and also announced your PIN to the world.
Load a proper, full OS:
/blackberry-10-os-f269/os-10-3-3-2163-live-links-1094817/
If you are using a Z10STL100-1, stick with 10.3.2.

why my BlackBerry passport is showing these letters ?

No offense, but didn't you notice the multiple warnings that it was a Developer Build that does not include all features?
can anyone tell me why my passport screen is showing these letters on the screen??

but the software was reloaded by an authourised BlackBerry sevice centre.

Best to take it back there than find help on this forum.

The numbers lining the sides of your screen is your device PIN, and shows up when loading a developer or beta OS. Installing an official release will get rid of them.
As was stated in the other thread you opened.... take it back to the service center that installed that OS.
Or if you want....do it yourself.
