hey i have a problem with both these OS

first i installed the 2273 and i just cant add any VPN profiles

tried using the original settings bar and the 10.3

so i installed the 2947 OS and the same issue is there i just cant add any vpn profiles

tried also both settings bars and still nothing

both fresh start using autoloaders and original radios

using Q10 and now im on 2947 OS and the issue is still there

any fix for it ?

Sorry you're having trouble. I seem to have no issues here though. I don't believe it is a general problem, which in itself may help by leading you to look elsewhere for the solution.

did I read somewhere that BB doesn't support vpn for now?

I have Z 30>when I go to vpn app it open and it seems that I can add something there..Although I don't use any VPN.

It does support vpn


And u will have to use vpn to get bbm video to work on blocked carriers

It is likely your VPN settings and not the OS. Can you kindly post a screenshot of your VPN settings screen so that someone can see if anything is missing or out of place?

If there is any thing wrong the BlackBerry won't let me click the save and show me the wrong place and make me fix it

Sounds like what I've run into on a couple of different OS's... the VPN settings cannot be changed in the "regular" screens... you have to go to the escreen:// to get to it. Then you can change it easily.

the problem has been fixed by fresh install using autoloader no backups made

then wipe after loading the OS

Tried rebooting after setting, and mine now will allow it to do so as well. Odd.

Probably that oddball SIM I'm using... it's trying to hit the "home" or "phone" apn with the vpn and I get all SOL...
