No. In fact I just recently installed PrintToGo and it works fine. Although I already had the leak. Have you deleted it and reinstalled it? And rebooted in between?

PTG is not working at all after updating BB10.2.1.... Reinstalled the app but still doesn't work... anyone has idea solution?

Could not open after update. Trashed the original copy and reloaded. Still dud not work. Powered off my BlackBerry Z10 and powered on. It WORKS. When I trashed the original copy but all my original files remained even though the warning comes up.

I am not sure why this happens though. Maybe the update to 10.2.1 overwrote some system files?
