I have a plan where if i dial 1966 before the phone number, it places the call through a special rate... so i need to add that prefix when dialing certain countries...

how can this be achieved? I don't see any prefix dialing rules in "smart dialing". do i have to download a separate app for that?

I just checked my Z10 contacts and all fields and there is no PREFIX field. You may need to add the 1966 to each number field of the contact you want to have dialed using the card.

You can try this one "CallPrefix" in app world. It can dial up a number with pre-defined prefixes.
