    Those posts are made by uninformed people. There is NO way of downgrading a 10.3.2 or 10.3.3 based OS to any previous version.

    None.

    Is it really THAT complicated to understand?

    OK thanks

    The reason why I have created two accounts is

    Babugaru1 is associated with my twitter account whereas twitter is blocked in my office so I had to create other account babugaru11 to be able to post in this forum

    Hope u understand

    Hi, yes, understood, but policies are policies .. you can still login with your email, if you can not recall your password, reset it ... you can login from multiple locations with that email alone. I had given you a hint of what that is.

    Back to topic, what was your OS prior to this?

    Some people will dispute that notion. It appears to be possible to downgrade from 10.3.2.500^ back to 10.3.1.997.

    Interesting, I have a Q10 collecting dust with 10.3.2.2474 and protect enabled I just incorrectly typed in my password 10 times and initiated a security wipe. I'll be very surprised if the auto-loader works but I'll report back if it does.
    Well, so it definitely appears to have worked... But there's definitely a few quirky things going on. After autoloading Autoload-SQN100-5-10.3.1.997.exe the "OS Version" became 10.3.2.2639. Which is newer than what was previously on the device but the WebKit and Browser versions indicate that they're from 10.3.1.

    <SNIP>

    It's now taking an OTA update to 10.3.2.2474 (the version it was originally at).

    Just do this:

    1. Autoload 10.3.2.2888
    2. Don't restore anything
    3. Install Android runtime update from BB World
    4. Get an external battery pack
    5. Never touch your OS again
