How do you have a white keyboard on your Passport ? Mine is black.

Edit : Nevermind, I figured it out. Damn, this thing is sexy.

I didn't know the 'Auto' fonction worked based on the color of the background. Really great feature. 1 month with my Passport and still discovering things.

Could we get back to OP's issue. Is the BB10 browser obsolete?

Yeah I am beginning to think that the BB10 browser isn't compatible with their website anymore.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed that same pop up. It also doesn't allow me to login anymore either. However, I can log on using my wife's S5 or on the computer no problem.

Pretty disappointing! Don't know what their reasoning is behind this.

Just get the Browsie Browser, and set the mobile user agent to either iPhone or Android.

Workarounds are not the issue. This is the reason bb10 is dying

Downloading a native app from BlackBerry World isn't exactly a workaround, is it?

Not everyone is content with the stock Android browser either. Many people download Firefox, Dolphin, Opera, or others.

A workaround is having to sideload, or having to install third party appstores.

What? The site works fine, it just doesn't know your browser.

The website does not recognize the BlackBerry Browser. There is nothing wrong with the BlackBerry 10 browser, just that it does not have a sufficient market share.

And that's the issue with BlackBerry. It's never included for anything and that's why no one uses it or BlackBerry products

You can use it on the S5 without issue because of Chrome.
